We source our ingredients from a variety of vendors, including King Arthur Baking Company, Lindley Mills, Carolina Ground Flour, Bob’s Red Mill, and local growers and bee keepers. We use European-style, high-fat butter and free-range eggs. We use organically-grown ingredients when available. We bake in a vegetarian kitchen.
