Mocha Chip Cookie
This hefty cookie, with a brownie-like texture in the middle, is made with extra dark cocoa powder and Guittard semi-sweet chocolate chips. To bring out the chocolate flavor, espresso powder is added; hence, the “mocha” in Mocha Chip Cookie. Sprinkled with Maldon salt flakes.
Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie
A substantial cookie with a crisp exterior and soft and gooey on the inside. Lightly sprinkled with Maldon salt crystals. This cookie is ideal for sharing.
